Our Guarantee
We will forfeit 5% of the value of the order per day if the mutually agreed delivery date for the approval drawings is missed—up to 25% of the order value.
We will forfeit 5% of the value of the order per day if the mutually agreed ship date for the equipment is missed—up to 25% of the order value.
Maximum combined forfeiture will be 50% of the value of the order or $250,000 whichever is less. |
